Day 1 immunity diet


                        Day One 

Breakfast: Mango yoghurt with dried apricot and banana.

Juice: Carrot, beetroot or orange, apple & celery juice. 

Midmorning snack:Cashew nuts & goji berries.

Lunch: Mushroom & leek stir fry.

Afternoon snack: Radishes & cauliflower with hummus.

Dinner: Tandoori chicken with pineapple salad.
