Ingredients

  • 3 eating apples
  • 140g porridge oats
  • A handful of flaked coconut
  • 20g blueberries
  • 20g whole unsalted almonds 
  • 1tbsp plain coconut yogurt or soya yogurt 
  • Zest of 1 fresh lime 

 

Method

  1. Wash two apples and juice them, then pour the juice into a large bowl.
  2. Grate the other apple, add to the bowl.
  3. Now add the oats,almond flakes, yogurt, cinnamon and zest.
  4. Mix together
  5. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
  6. This can be kept for 5 days in the fridge.
  7. Add the Blueberries just before serving or any other fruit you wish to add 
  8. Kiwi, mango, pears what ever makes you happy in the morning:)
